Updates

Its been fraught, it really has. Adrian has been busy editing his über magazine, Shane has been chilling down-under, Jimbo has been busy working his butt off and Ian is up to his neck in deadline city. In amongst all this, project vehicles have been bought and sold and restoshop has been bubbling under there somewhere. Ade has got some cool stuff hidden away in the vaults, most of which has probably not seen the light of day for years, but its time for a few shows according to Ade, and there will no doubt be some 'shopping' expeditions planned in the near future to replenish stocks.

In the meantime, check out some of these pics and check the individual project blogs for updates. The restoshop website (restoshop.com) will be making a much needed come back very soon.

Firstly, here is the latest incarnation of the Socke. Black painted BBS rims and a general tidy -up complete the look for the moment, until suitable suspension mods and a new tailgate are sourced. The Golden Lady (Ade's previous ride, and now – shockingly – destined to become a banger racer) has donated some bling and tinted windows for the Socke. All to be added as-and- when Ade gets the time!

Secondly, we can report that James' bug project has been into the workshop of Edday the Wizard, up in the fens, and has been returned in a much healthier state. Keep 'em peeled for a dedicated project page real soon.

Thirdly, Ian's red Polo Classic is up for sale! The reason being, the Rosso Classico has to make way for the new Fermay project. A 1980 Derby LS. Lil' ol' Mrs Jennay let him have it in the end for a realistic price. Its first outing was at Stanford Hall, but Ian hopes to have it at a few more shows this year. Ian's set of ATS Classics is now complete, with the damaged rim probably going to be used as a spare. The replacement was recently refurbed and after a suspension kit has been sourced and fitted the rims will be finally fitted... Some more bling is also being sorted...

Finally, Shane's P-nut, Mk 1 Passat project, is taxed, MoT'd, and hitting the streets of Maida Vegas. Recently back from a trip to Australia with his lovely wife, Shane is hoping to get stuck back into it and get the thing rolling pimp-style! (still no pics!)
